Church Posting is run by one family who is fully immersed in ministry. We are church planters, seminary students, worship leaders, church administrators, and church elders who understand the challenges churches face because we live them every day.
Church Posting began as a social media automation company founded by Will, a family member and owner, along with his friend Cade. After seeing the desperate communication needs churches face, the vision expanded. In 2024, when Cade moved on, the Hamilton family came on board, bought into the mission, and committed to building communication tools that would change the game for churches.
Today, Church Posting is a family-run company, born out of ministry and designed to empower churches to thrive.

When you book a call, you talk directly with one of the owners. We do not have a sales team. It is just us, fully invested in serving churches and helping them succeed.

Our Vision for the Future
Church Posting 1.0 is the platform you see today. A complete church growth toolkit with guaranteed Google Maps visibility, a full CRM, communication tools, and everything a church needs to be found and to follow up.
Church Posting 2.0 is in development. It will be a full church management system competing with Planning Center, Breeze, and Tithe.ly. Expected to roll out in 2027. Every current Church Posting client will get access to 2.0 features as they launch.
We are building the tools churches actually need, not the tools Silicon Valley thinks churches need.
Where are we based?
We are primarily located in the United States, operating out of Tampa Bay, Florida. Our team works remotely to serve churches across all 47 states where we have active clients.
Are you really a family business?
Yes. Church Posting is run by the Hamilton family. Will and Rayssa Hamilton lead the company. When you work with Church Posting, you work with real people who care about your church, not a corporate call center.
