What Church Posting publishes and owns
Church Posting publishes churchposting.com as a free resource site for churches: the guides and articles, the church finder, the job board, the email list, the hymn library and the church software directory. It also owns Church Posting Plus, the upgrade at $29 a month. It makes the free tools and the church products listed under Our products.
The free tools
These free tools are made by Church Posting. They do some of the work of a church office in the browser: a bulletin maker, church slides, certificates, a directory maker, giving statements, a funeral program, a church year calendar and two calculators. The hymn library's slide and print features are made by Church Posting.
Our other products
Church Posting makes three more products besides Covenant OS. Berean Blue is a free Bible study app for someone new to the Bible, a pastor preparing a sermon and a scholar working in Greek and Hebrew. Free Church Texting is texting software that costs nothing, because the church pays Twilio's rates for the messages directly. Church SEO Experts is a service that helps people searching for a church find yours on Google and Maps. Each of the three is a Church Posting product.
Covenant OS
Covenant OS is Church Posting's church management software. It plans the service, schedules the people who serve, keeps membership and giving records, checks children in, sends email and texts, runs the church website and gives members one app, Churchgoer. A church can also have its own app in the stores through Covenant OS. Its beta opens on Tuesday, December 1, 2026, and the full release follows in the first quarter of 2027.
The free tools work with Covenant OS: a person can sign in to the free tools with a Covenant OS login, and tools can send work into Covenant OS.
Covenant OS, Berean Blue, Free Church Texting, and Church SEO Experts are Church Posting's own products.
What is on the site
We write for pastors, church staff and the volunteers who keep a church running, in Baptist, non-denominational and Reformed churches alike. The articles cover the ordinary work of a church: planning Sunday, preaching, bulletins, announcements, the office and the software a church pays for. The hymn library holds the words of 352 public domain hymns in a library of 382 total hymns, including licensing guides for copyrighted songs.
The church finder lists 394 churches in Washington, D.C., and all 50 states under a published standard. Each listing is checked against our listing standard. Addresses, phone numbers and service times come from each church's own website, and each page links to its sources. The job board carries ministry positions that churches post at no cost.
How we check it
A price in an article comes from the vendor's own pricing page, and the article gives the date the price was read. A claim about tax or law quotes the source and names who published it. When a page is wrong, we correct it and log it. The editorial standards set this out in full, and how we review church software covers the directory.
The company and its owners
The company is Ministry Marketing LLC, doing business as Church Posting, a Kansas company, and every page of this site carries that line at its foot. Church Posting makes the free tools, Covenant OS, Berean Blue, Free Church Texting and Church SEO Experts. Scott and Will Hamilton, a father and son, own it.
