Every price, law and fact on this site points to the page it came from, carries the date it was checked, and gets fixed in public when it is wrong.

Our promise in plain words
- Every figure has a source We link the page a price, law or fact came from. When a vendor publishes no price, we say so and give no estimate.
- Every figure has a date Prices show the day they were read, and the plan and billing period they belong to.
- Our own products are labeled Church Posting makes Covenant OS, Berean Blue, Free Church Texting and Church SEO Experts. We say so beside every recommendation, and we list them last.
- Mistakes are fixed in public A correction goes in the page, changes its date and appears in the corrections log below.
How we source
Each price, product name, law and figure comes from a page that names it, and the article or entry links to that page where it makes the claim. A claim about tax or law quotes the source and names who published it. A church's address, phone number and service times come from the church's own website, and each church page links to its sources.
A price comes from the vendor's own pricing page, documentation and terms. We do not take a price from a review site, a reseller or a sales call. When a vendor publishes no price, the entry says the vendor publishes no price and gives no estimate in its place.
How we date figures
A software article gives the date its prices were read from the vendors' pages. Software prices in the directory were last checked on July 28, 2026. Each figure states the plan it belongs to and whether the vendor bills it by the month or the year. A processing fee prints the way the vendor states it, with the percentage and the charge per gift together.
An article that changes after publication shows the date of the change. Prices move, so check the vendor's page before you buy.
How we review software
Every entry in the software directory follows the same rules, including entries for Church Posting's own products. The rules cover how a price is read, who should skip each tool, what rules a tool out, and where our own products sit in a list. They are on how we review church software.
An entry rests on what the vendor publishes unless it says we paid for an account and used it. No entry says that today.
How we list churches and jobs
The church finder and the job board follow one published standard. We check every church's own website against our listing standard automatically, using each denomination's governing documents and official statements, which the standard page links with the date of the check. A church or job we could not confirm says so on its page. Job postings are checked automatically against the same standard when they arrive, and eligible postings publish automatically. Read it, with every denomination and its source, on which churches we list.
Our reader checks church websites each week for changes to service times and closures, follows each site's robots.txt and keeps a record of what it changed, so a wrong change can be reversed.
Independence
Church Posting publishes churchposting.com and owns Church Posting Plus. Church Posting also makes the free tools, Covenant OS, Berean Blue, Free Church Texting and Church SEO Experts. Scott and Will Hamilton, a father and son, own Church Posting.
When one of our own products appears in a review or a list, it sits with the tools it competes with, placed last and labeled. A recommendation of one of our products carries this line beside it.
Covenant OS is Church Posting's own product. The same line appears with the product's own name for Berean Blue, Free Church Texting and Church SEO Experts.
What we never do
- We never sell placement. No vendor pays for a mention, a place in a list, a score or a link.
- We never take a commission on links in the directory.
- We never show a vendor an entry before it is published.
- We never print a price we did not read on the vendor's page, or guess at a price a vendor does not publish.
- We never list a church for payment, and we never charge a church to post a job.
- We never recommend a tool that sells or shares a congregation's data.
- We never hide that a product is our own.
Church Posting earns its money from Church Posting Plus and the paid products it makes.
Corrections
Send anything that is wrong to hello@churchposting.com. Tell us the page, what it says and what the source says. We check it against the source and fix the page if you are right. A correction that changes a figure, a recommendation or a listing decision is made in the page, the page takes the date of the change and the correction goes in the log below. A spelling or formatting fix changes the page without a log entry.

Limits
Church Posting is not a law, tax or accounting firm, and nothing here is legal, tax or accounting advice. Where an article turns on tax or law, it quotes the source and names who published it. A church with money or liability at stake should take that source to its own accountant or attorney.
