We blend teaching and worship with art and technology to create a service where you can experience the message of Jesus in practical and life-changing ways.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Grow in pastoral skills and experience Increase ability to lead and influence others Develop skills and gain holistic ministry experience Collaborate with ministry teams Attend and contribute to ministry team and cohort meetings Read and discuss assigned reading Mature in personal spiritual growth Further develop application of Biblical principles Take on additional leadership responsibilities as assigned POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Spiritual Gifts Helpful for This Position Leadership Wisdom Discernment Shepherding Evangelism Character Traits Needed for This Position Passion for Christ Compassion for others Flexible and coachable High confidentiality Self-starter Consistent follow-through Sense of humor Education/Training and Certificates Bachelor’s degree (minimum) Applicable experience in your ministry track of choice Relevant volunteer/serving experience Learn more about the program at https://thecrossing.church/residency MUST HAVES FOR ALL STAFF AT THE CROSSING Attend a service at one of The Crossing campuses on a weekly basis Passionate about their relationship with God Baptized after making the thoughtful decision to follow Christ Regard the Bible as God’s final authority in all areas of Christian life and desire to be wholly obedient to it Wholeheartedly affirm The Crossing’s Statement of Faith, including our view on Baptism Live a lifestyle consistent with scriptural principles Apply today and see why The Crossing may be a great fit for you!
