We blend teaching and worship with art and technology to create a service where you can experience the message of Jesus in practical and life-changing ways.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage, lead, and oversee Wednesday night band rehearsal Execute weekly services at assigned campus Oversee administration of planning center (scheduling bands/technical teams) Oversee audition and onboarding process for student bands Assist in executing various creative elements for services (technical, design, video, etc.) Potential to lead worship as needed POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Spiritual Gifts Helpful For This Position Creative Communication Leadership Administration Character Traits Needed For This Position Passion for Christ Passion for students Collaborates well with others Flexible and teachable Spiritually mature Passionate about The Crossing and a relationship with God Required Education and Experience High School Diploma Basic administrative skills Experience in worship or youth ministry Ability to play one or more instruments Ability to lead songs vocally MUST HAVES FOR ALL STAFF AT THE CROSSING Attend a service at one of The Crossing campuses on a weekly basis Passionate about their relationship with God Baptized after making the thoughtful decision to follow Christ Regard the Bible as God’s final authority in all areas of Christian life and desire to be wholly obedient to it Wholeheartedly affirm The Crossing’s Statement of Faith, including our view on Baptism Live a lifestyle consistent with scriptural principles Apply today and see why The Crossing may be a great fit for you!
